Ordering/Sizing Info

Custom Order Cancellation
You may cancel your custom order within 24 hours of placement with no fee. After that, custom orders may be canceled prior to production with partial refund - a minimum 25% fee applies. If production has begun, an additional 25%-50% restocking, rescheduling fee may apply, depending on production stage.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
If you are located in our area (55362) and you would rather pick your tutus up, please enter NOSHIP1 in the coupon code area. If you are having your item shipped, please DO NOT enter this coupon as it will only delay your order. Nellie Bug's can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please provide the correct shipping address at check out, as that is the one that will be used for shipping. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
As of February 13, 2011, shipping will be $5 and will include delivery confirmation. Tutu prices have been raised accordingly to cover the extra shipping costs.
Sizing
Our tutus are made with a ribbon waistband, rather than elastic, for many reasons: Tutus made with ribbon are fuller (we use almost twice as much tulle on a ribbon waistband than an elastic one), and you never have to worry about the waistband stretching out or showing. Also, they are easier to put on - no stepping in and around tulle, pulling it up over your clothes, and fussing with the wrinkled tulle afterward. If you are worried about your princess untying the tutu, have no fear - you can tie the tutu in a knot and then easily untie it when it's time to take it off. Ribbon waistbands are also good for portrait sessions if more than one princess will be wearing the same tutu (perfect for photographers!).
When measuring, be sure to measure your waist with clothes ON if that is how you plan on wearing your tutu.
If you prefer an elastic waistband, please note that in your custom order via the "contact" form. If you want a bow attached to your elastic tutu, please state that in the comments upon check-out. There is no extra charge for this. All ribbon tutus already have enough ribbon leftover to make a beautiful bow.
The following size chart was taken off a popular clothing website. The sizes are rough estimates, and averages, not necessarily what your little one will wear. Measuring is always best, but this is a close second if you are unable to do so.

We have now added more sizing options. You will see two drop down boxes under "Sizes". Choose your size in one box, choose "NA" in the other. If you are unsure of your size, measure where you want the tutu to sit, and go with the closest inch (round up). If you have any questions at all please let us know!
Lengths: Dog tutus - sm-lg - 2-3" length; xl - 4-5" length Under 18" waist - approximately 6" length

24"+ - approximately 9-10" length

Refunds and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you are not satisfied with your item, please email us immediately after receiving it.
