FAQ's
What payment methods do you accept? TOP We use Paypal for all of our online transactions. Paypal accepts MasterCard,
Discover, Visa and American Express. We also accept check or money
order. If you pay by check or money order, your purchase will not be
mailed off until payment has been recieved. Can I have a custom tutu made? TOP Yes! If you don't see what you have in mind, go to the Catalog, and click on the "Custom Tutu" option! If you still don't see the tutu you would like, please use the "Contact" form to the left on the main page.
What is your return policy? TOP
Since
all tutus are custom made, we cannot accept returns, nor give refunds.
If your tutu came to you and it's not what you ordered, we will gladly
accept the return and send you a correct tutu. Yours shouldn't arrive damaged, but if
for some reason they are damaged upon arrival please contact us within
5 days of receiving your tutu for us to be able to correct any mistakes.
Do you have any coupon codes? TOP
Yes, we do! Use code NOSHIP1 if you are local to the 55362 area code. As of January 20, 2010, we offer a fixed rate of $5.00 on all tutu orders. How do I care for my tutu? TOP Your tutu may arrive wrinkled from being packed in a box and mailed to
you. To de-wrinkle your tutu simply shake it, fluff it out or wear it.
The wrinkles will fall out and you will have a perfectly poofy tutu. You
can also hang the tutu up and lightly steam it. If your tutu gets dirty, spot clean as
necessary. Iron using
a cool setting to avoid melting your tulle. A garment
bag would also be a wise choice to use due to the
nature of tulle. How do you ship your item? TOP Your item will be shipped via USPS or Priority Mail. Your item should arrive within 2-3 business days after it is created. While most places make you wait much longer, we know you are excited to get your little princess her tutu, so we don't waste any time!
What if my tutu gets wrinkled? TOP Upon arrival (or upon future travel), your tutu may become wrinkled. Remove tutu from box. Hang your tutu on a hanger, and with your fingers brush the tulle straight down - that should get rid of the wrinkles. If not, you can hang it in the bathroom while you shower and let the steam work out the wrinkles. How do you keep your prices low? TOP Ever notice how some places say their tutus are $20, only to click on them and find that price is for newborns only? How disappointing. At Nellie Bug's, we try our hardest to keep our tutus affordable for everyone, without compromising quality. Our prices do go up eventually, but for most little girls the tutus are truly only $19.99. We will strive to keep our prices this low for as long as possible!
